Cleanroom cleaning wipes which is Cleanmo launderable wipers are the most widely used wipers in highly critical areas (class10-1000 cleanroom) the fabrics are knitted from polyester or microfiber and converted into wipers and laundered in a EDI water system with a cleanroom environment to further reduce contamination. Also is widely used to cleaning the screen, it's texture soft, and cutting by cool cutting, laser seal cutting or Ultrasonic seal edge which is low particle generation when it t be used, and without scratch because the soft material, so when it used to clean, that can protect the cleaned surface from scratch and keep the surface clean.
Description
Polycel wipe is constructed from 55%cellulose and 45% polyester, Chemically pure material that is strong and high absorbency .And laundered and packaged in ISO class 5 with double bags. It is ideal for critical environment application and exhibits low particle generation and extractables, it has abrasion and chemical resistant and is good sorbency with solvents.Non-abrasive texture cleans surface without scratching.
