Cleanmo’s CM-FS610 Cleanroom Swab is constructed fromcompressed, 100 ppi (Z) open-cell polyurethane foam that is free fromorganic contaminants such as silicone, amides or phthalate esters.The foam is thermally bonded to the handle, thus, eliminating the useof contaminating adhesive or coatings. Laundered and packed underan ISO Class 5 Cleanroom, the foam exhibits low particulate and ioniccontent. It has excellent compatibility with most common solventsincluding acetone as well as excellent sorbency and solvent-holdingcapacity.The foam head is compressed and possesses good firmness. Acompact, round handle and head paddle provide supportwithout added thickness, This Swab is well suited for cleaning thin,grooved areas of parts and assemblies.The swab handle is made from polypropylene. The handle is compactand will not contribute to particulate or organic contamination.Designed for general purpose cleaning, Cleanmo FS610 CleanroomSwabs are the ideal swabs to use in the cleanroom.
